Upon dispatch I received an email from TLW that the colour had been checked and confirmed. When the lamp arrived by courier I was not at home, the driver offered to bring it to where I was, but I made alternative arrangements. I am absolutely impressed with TLW and their courier. Excellent internet order process and efficient delivery. Your delivery to Cape Town is way too slow and there is no up to date communication about the status of delivery. It’s been 9 days now since you dispatched my package and I have had no delivery not any attempt to contact me either via email, phone or WhatsApp. Compared to other ecommerce business that give constant updates you are lagging very behind.

The lamp quite beautiful and exactly what I was looking for to light a dark corner in the living room. I’d recommend the Lighting Warehouse for online purchases . I received the garden spheres and globes about 4 days after placing the order. I am very happy with the goods and service provided by the Lighting Warehouse. I placed an order on Monday 3 May for light bulbs & one standing lamp. I checked the tracking number provided but after the 4th of May, there we no new updates.
